Photo Booth Rental Agreement

This agreement is made between Highly Favored Photos LLC (“Company”) and Client listed below.

1. Client Information

The client information entered above will be treated as part of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Highly Favored Photos LLC agrees to provide photo booth services, including but not limited to:

• Digital photo booth experience
• Backdrop and props (if included in package)
• On-site setup and breakdown
• Photo sharing options (text/email)

3. Payment Terms

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will not be returned.
• If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the Client may still be responsible for the full balance.

5. Setup & Space Requirements

• Client agrees to provide adequate space for setup (minimum 6x6 ft recommended).
• Access to a standard electrical outlet must be provided within 10 feet of setup area.
• Setup will begin prior to the scheduled start time.

6. Overtime

• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period may be available at an hourly rate.
• Overtime must be approved and paid for in advance or on-site.

7. Liability

• Highly Favored Photos LLC is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of equipment by guests.
• Client is responsible for any damages caused to equipment during the event.

8. Photo Usage

• Highly Favored Photos LLC reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

9. Force Majeure

• The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or emergencies.

10. Agreement

By signing below, both parties agree to all terms outlined in this contract.
